He takes out seemingly innocent healthy cells,but in reality hes taking out harmful viruses and fellow cancerous mutations before they can take out the body. Can Ozzy and Drix stop this bloodlusted leukocyte before he gives them a taste of their own medicine (especially if this takes place outside of Frank's body,where Dexter Morganelle may deduce that Ozzy and Drix may be harmful to the host body's continued homeostasis). Dexter Morganelle as the "Bile Harbor Butcher" To raise the stakes,Ozzy and drix are somehow in Dexter Morgan's body,and Dexter Morganelle doesn't trust them. I suppose in the end unlike the macroworld,the immune system is perfectly fine with brutally killing Rogue bacterium and viruses,coming clean allows Dexter Morganelle to finally be accepted into his namesakes' system,and Ozzy and Drix make their way back to hector. With Ozzy sweet talking lymph node high command,Morganellr is finally free to be himself,with great gratitude,he helps the two private eyes back to Hector's body via a handshake and a sweaty palm. Likely in lore one of hector's uncle's (maybe angel) is on the force and his Cuban American family is heading down to Miami for a visit. I could imagine a funny gag while inside Dexter and hunting for the Bile Harbor butcher, where a horrified Ozzy and Drix wonder how such a psychotic cell could end up in a mild mannered, intelligent,sharply dressed blood splatter analyst (maybe Ozzy combing his cytoplasm,seeing as The big guy likes looking at blood cells all day) only to lookboj the eye tv and seeing Dexter murdering a serial killer in his kill room,with all the cells cheering ala gladiator sports, only for Ozzy to realize where they get it.
