    At first he made it a code to only bully/torment/kill bullies and crkminals, but like all who try to use evil to fight evil,he became corrupted by hubris and tried to rule by fear and terror, which lead him to becoming Memento Mahmood's nemesis,both hatred of the other grew until Mahmood realized his antisemetism only pushed Fivel deeper into darkness,but through love and the horror of WW2 he was able to bring Fivel out of his pit of loathing and despair into being a better man and frienemy.
