To all the 'P posters, VPN's are useless. There are tools out there that can track down the IP that is using the VPN IP. You're gonna get executed, and there is nothing you can do about it.
Well yeah, doesnt matter anyways we have actually active moderation nowadays. ‘P bots will eventually phase out or site devs will add something to blacklist it, which we used to have until we switched to file reviewing.
There's no tool that can catch every VPN, or even Tor node, albeit the latter's a lot easier. Most of the time, using them to ban-evade is about playing the waiting game, jumping around until you find an IP address that hasn't been recorded yet. This can take a while, and as such deters most manual spammers, but if you’re dealing with bots, or even just a highly dedicated autist, they can absolutely get past IP-blockers. I myself am posting this from Tor, even though I shouldn’t be able to.

Idk (I don't know) if I'd call it porn. It's definitely sexual, don't get me wrong, and I obviously jerked off to it (albeit I can jerk off to basically anything, most of the time I don't even use porn), but no sex happens, you don't even see the dick, and it's clearly meant to be funny first and sexual second. I think the more accurate descriptor is "black gay sex joke".
